1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which:

2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 14 days from delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
3. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase (unless otherwise agreed).
Original shipping costs may be deducted where legally permitted.
We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or proof of return.
4. Non-Returnable Items (Legal Exceptions)
Under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
4.1 Customized or Personalized Products
Products that are made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized are not eligible for return or refund.
This includes commissioned artworks or any artwork modified based on client instructions.
4.2 Digital Products
Digital content delivered electronically (via email) is not eligible for withdrawal once:
- Delivery has begun,
- The customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery,
- The customer has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal.
By purchasing digital products from this website, you expressly agree to these conditions.
4.3 Unique Artworks
Due to the unique and handmade nature of original artworks, minor variations in texture, color, and finish are not considered defects and do not constitute grounds for return.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrect (different from the ordered item)
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence.
We will assess the situation and offer:
- Replacement (if possible), or
- Refund
6. International Returns
For international returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- Customs duties and import charges are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
