For customized or commissioned artworks, production begins only after:
- Payment confirmation, and
- Final approval of specifications.
4. Production Time
Production time may vary depending on:
- Type of artwork
- Complexity
- Customization level
- Order volume
Estimated production times will be communicated individually for commissioned works.
5. Delivery of Physical Products
We ship internationally.
Delivery times depend on:
- Destination country
- Courier services
- Customs procedures
Estimated delivery time will be communicated at checkout or by email.
LETS ART SRL is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier companies
- Customs clearance
- Force majeure events
6. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Local VAT
- Clearance fees
may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities.
7. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital artworks are delivered electronically via email.
Delivery occurs after:
- Successful payment confirmation.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing a valid email address
- Ensuring their mailbox can receive attachments
If you do not receive your digital product, please contact us within 24 hours.
8. Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failure to collect the parcel
- Refusal of delivery
The customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
9. Risk Transfer
For physical products, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.
