2. Scope of the Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of:
- Original artworks (unique pieces)
- Customized artworks made upon request
- Digital art products delivered electronically
By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
3. Products
3.1 Original Artworks (Unique Pieces)
Each artwork is unique. Minor variations in color, texture, and finish may occur due to:
- lighting conditions
- screen calibration
- handcrafted production
All artworks remain the intellectual property of LETS ART SRL unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 Customized / Commissioned Works
For custom orders:
- Production begins after written confirmation and payment.
- Specifications must be clearly agreed upon before production.
- Customized products are made according to client instructions.
Customized products are exempt from the right of withdrawal (see Section 7).
3.3 Digital Products
Digital artworks are delivered via email.
Delivery occurs after payment confirmation.
By purchasing digital content and requesting immediate delivery, the customer expressly agrees that:
- Delivery starts immediately.
- The right of withdrawal is waived once delivery is completed.
4. Orders
An order is considered accepted only after written confirmation from LETS ART SRL.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:
- pricing errors
- stock errors
- suspected fraud
5. Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on this website are expressed in EUR (Euro) and include applicable VAT (Value Added Tax), unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be made via:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Cash on Delivery (where available and geographically applicable)
For international deliveries, additional customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Delivery
Physical Products
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- production time (especially for customized works)
- destination country
- courier services
LETS ART SRL is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or courier services.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically via email.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Under EU legislation, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days from delivery, without giving any reason.
However, this right does NOT apply to:
- Customized or personalized goods
- Digital content once delivery has started with prior consent
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or protection reasons (if applicable)
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify us in writing via email.
8. Returns & Refunds
Refunds are processed after:
- The returned product is received and inspected.
- It is confirmed that the product is in original condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, texts, and designs displayed on this website are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of LETS ART SRL.
No reproduction, resale, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
LETS ART SRL shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages
- loss of profit
- delays caused by third parties
Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Romanian law.
Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
